Our dual hydraulic spoolers install capillary line and tubing encapsulated cable on the same trip.
Our crews spool and clamp capillary line, install the injection mandrel and downhole terminations, run the wellhead exit, and pressure test the line before we leave location. We install on new completions and on workovers, on its own or alongside a permanent gauge.
Because it removes a mobilization. Running cap line and TEC separately means two spoolers, two trailers, two trucks, two crews, and two trips up to hang two sheaves. Our dual units carry both reels and install both lines on one run. Less equipment on a crowded pad, fewer miles on the road, and less time between spud and production. On gas lift wells, where you need a gauge to see what the well is doing and a cap line to treat it, running both at once is the whole job rather than half of it.
Yes, and we do a lot of it. On-off pulls and re-runs are routine work for our crews. Chemical programs change, wells change, and a cap line that was right at completion may not be right two years in. We pull, inspect, and re-run without the improvisation that turns a one-day job into a three-day job.
Whatever the well needs. Scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor, paraffin and asphaltene treatment, hydrate prevention, biocide, and demulsifier. The line and terminations are selected for the chemistry and the temperature, not fitted to whatever is on the truck.
This is where DataCan is different. Most cap line jobs are chemical only, and we run plenty of them. But when a well needs injection and measurement, some operators mobilize twice. Two spoolers, two trailers, two trucks, two crews, two runs. Our dual hydraulic spoolers carry both reels and install capillary line and tubing encapsulated cable on one trip. Less equipment on a crowded pad, fewer miles on the road, and less rig time on the ticket. Gas lift wells are the clearest case, where you need a gauge to see what the well is doing and a cap line to treat it, and running both at once turns two jobs into one.
