Reports To: Production Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: $17-$20/hour 

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role supports the Operations team across a variety of functions, including calibration, parts marking, data entry, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Plan, organize, and manage daily assigned tasks

· Work independently or collaboratively to maintain productivity and efficiency

· Load and unload materials and products

· Pick and prepare orders, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging for shipment

· Select parts for manufacturing jobs

· Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory; maintain accurate inventory locations

· Perform parts marking and calibration of tools and equipment

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the work area and warehouse

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent

Skills and Competencies:

· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10

· Ability to read and write in English and follow verbal and written instructions

· Basic math skills

· Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
