If a DataCan rental tool does not return your data, we do not invoice the rental. The tool is our product and the data is what you rented it for. Standing behind the outcome is what keeps our calibration and maintenance standards where they are.
Fast, and that is why customers stay with us. We carry a large fleet across the globe specifically so the answer to a short-notice request is yes. Rental work does not run on schedule. Wells move up, tools get lost, programs change on a Friday afternoon, and the vendor who can put a calibrated tool on a truck that day is the one who gets the next call.
We do. Every rental comes out of our calibration center between jobs, on the same equipment and to the same standard as the tools we sell. You never inherit a maintenance schedule, and you never get a repair invoice for a tool that sat in your yard. The tool arrives ready and it leaves as our problem.
