Temperature Transmitter
Application
DataCan’s Temperature Transmitter is electron beam welded and has either a 3” or 6” RTD sensor (resistance temperature detector) for fast temperature response sensing. The Temperature Transmitter is used to measure the temperature of the wellbore at surface and can reach temperatures up to 200°C.
Transform any temperature transmitter into a digital chart recorder using a laptop, DataCan's chart recorder software, and a rugged USB cable available in lengths up to 100 ft. The robust cable connects directly to the transmitter, while the intuitive software provides simple one-button start and stop operation. Data is continuously logged to a user-defined text file for easy viewing or sharing, eliminating the need to store and manage paper Barton charts. Multiple transmitters can be recorded simultaneously, making this an ideal solution for users seeking a modern, digital alternative to conventional chart recorders.
